Jakh Institute of Nursing is run by Jakh Institutional Society, Khaneri Rampur, which was established in year 2009 under the firms & society act XXI, 1860. It is situated in Rampur Bushehar H.P. near (100 mtrs) MGMSC, Khaneri which is surrounded by beautiful hills and lush green forests. It is free from noise and pollution. It has healthy environment for educative process. It is located at a distance of just 5 kms. from the Rampur Bus stand on NH 5.

The Jakh Institute of Nursing has been recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC) New Delhi, which is the statutory body under Government of India to decide standards and norms for nursing courses, Atal Medical Research University, Mandi and HP Nurses Registration Counsil, Shimla to run GNM (diploma course) and B Sc. Nursing (degree course) in the Institution.
